Yoga has been a transformative journey for me. One that has healed my mental health, deepened my spiritual connection, and helped me find balance and fluidity in life. As a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with Power Yoga Canada, I’m passionate about sharing this practice with others.
My goal is to create a welcoming space where students can experience the healing power of yoga, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate strength and mindfulness both on and off the mat.

It all begins with a passion for connection and growth. As a locally renowned yoga instructor, I’ve had the privilege of teaching in diverse environments to students of all skill levels. My classes are thoughtfully designed to meet students where they’re at, creating an inclusive and supportive space that keeps students returning. With years of experience and a deep commitment to my practice, I’m proud to expand yoga services to other areas.
